NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETING
TO ALL MEMBERS:
Notice is hereby given that the Budget Meeting and Annual Meeting of the Hidden Trails Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”), a Florida Corporation not-for-profit, will be held Wednesday, December 11th, 2024, at 6:30 P.M.
- Approve the 2025 Budget by current Board of Directors
- Elect THREE (3) homeowners to the new Board of Directors
- Transact such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
The meeting will be held in person at Phoenix Management Services Conference room. Location is at 4800 N. State Rd. 7 Suite 105F, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319 and via Zoom.
