NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETING

TO ALL MEMBERS:

A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, October 15th at 6:30pm

Please be advised copy of the proposed Rules & Regulations was enclosed in the prior notice of meeting set for Thursday, September 26th, 2024 which was cancelled due to the tropical storm warning.

The meeting will be held in person at Phoenix Management Services Conference room. Location is at 4800 N. State Rd. 7 Suite 105F, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319 and via Zoom.

AGENDA

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  1. Call the meeting to order
  2. Certifying quorum
  3. Discuss and approve updated 2024 Rules and Regulations as noted on attached document.
  4. Open forum
  5. Adjourn the meeting.

Hurricane Milton Update

Hidden Trails HOA Board Members are closely monitoring Hurricane Milton, strong storm, that is expected to make landfall in the west coast of Florida tomorrow. At this time there are tropical storm warning and flood watch issued. However heavy rainfall is expected across South Florida through mid-week and can lead to localized flooding.

Hidden Trails HOA recommends the following:

  • Bring items indoors that may easily blow over during wing gusts
  • Avoid driving or walking in standing or ponding water
  • Allow extra time for travel.

Note: Phoenix Management Offices will be closed Wednesday afternoon and Thursday.
We will be reopening on Friday at 8:00am

DUE TO TROPICAL STORM HELENE WARNING NOTICE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED TO TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15TH AT 6:30PM. A NEW BOARD MEETING NOTICE WITH NEW A SCHEDULE WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR ADDRESS.

  • Payments can be made via ACH using your routing and account number – Please contact A/R for ACH Form. Danielle@phoenixfla.com
  • Bill Pay – contact your bank and (make sure to add your address as account number) for questions you can contact your A/R representative.
