HOA Dues Reminder – Oct. 1, 2023

Payments can be made via ACH using your routing and account number – Please contact A/R for ACH Form

Payments can be made online using a debit/credit card through our website at www.phoenixfla.com “Payments” – Additional fees are subject to be charged.

Bill Pay – contact your bank and (make sure to add your address as account number) for questions you can contact your A/R representative.

Payments via Check – You may mail your payments to our office directly at c/o Phoenix Management Services, Inc. 4800 N. State Road 7 Suite # 105 Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319. All checks must be made payable to Hidden Trails Homeowners Association, Inc.

TO ALL MEMBERS:

A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, September 14th, 2023 at 5:00pm.

Meeting will be held in person at Phoenix Management Services Conference room. Location is at 4800 N. State Rd. 7 Suite 105F, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  1. Call the meeting to order
  2. Certifying Quorum
  3. Proposed Amendment to HOA Documents
  4. Adjourned the meeting.

DEAR HIDDEN TRAILS RESIDENTS,

HIDDEN TRAILS COMMUNITY HAS BEEN FLAGGED AS HIGH ACTIVITY MOSQUITO ZONE, WHICH MAKES IT ELEGIBLE FOR FREE MOSQUITO TREATMENT.

BROWARD COUNTY MOSQUITO CONTROL WILL BE COMING TO SPRAY THE AREA, OVERNIGHT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
