- Payments can be made via ACH using your routing and account number – Please contact A/R for ACH Form. Danielle@phoenixfla.com
- Bill Pay – contact your bank and (make sure to add your address as account number) for questions you can contact your A/R representative.
- Payments via Check – You may mail your payments to the lock box directly at c/o Phoenix Management Services, Inc. P.O. Box 30463 Tampa, FL 33630
- All checks must be made payable to Hidden Trails Homeowners Association, Inc.
