HOA January Quarterly Fee 2025 HOA Annual Fee statements have been mailed to residents and should arrive in mailboxes just after January 1, 2025. • Payments can be made via ACH using your routing and account number - Please contact A/R for ACH Form. • Payments can be made online using a debit/credit card through our website at https://phoenixfla.com/payments/ - Additional fees are subject to be charged. • Bill Pay – Contact your bank and (make sure to add your address as account number and add the P.O Box 30463 Tampa, FL 33630) for questions you can contact your A/R representative Danielle@phoenixfla.com. • Payments via Check - You may mail your payments to our office directly at c/o Phoenix Management Services, Inc.
